What counts as a "season"?

A season is one league cycle. If you run a spring and fall league, those are two separate seasons, each billed at the plan that fits their size.

How is plan size determined?

Plan size is based on the number of registered players or teams, whichever limit you hit first. You can upgrade at any time if your league grows.

Do participants register through PlayCompete?

Yes. Participants register online and can track their standings, schedule, and results through their dashboard.

Can I collect league dues through the platform?

Yes. All plans support online payment collection for league dues and event fees.

Can I have multiple divisions?

Yes. All plans support multiple divisions (e.g. Open, Masters, Age Group) within the same league.

Transaction fees for payment collection

If you collect league dues or registration fees online, a payment processing fee applies to each transaction:

3.9% + $1

per credit card transaction

You choose whether to absorb this fee or pass it on to participants at checkout. There are no additional monthly fees for payment processing, you only pay when you collect.

Example

$75 registration fee 3.9% + $1 = $3.93 fee

$100 registration fee 3.9% + $1 = $4.90 fee

$150 registration fee 3.9% + $1 = $6.85 fee
